Dec 25, 2024, 04:16 PM
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have reported the seizure of over 85,170 military items from Hezbollah during their operations in southern Lebanon. This includes a wide array of weaponry, with the IDF stating that the items were confiscated from more than 30 villages. The weapons on display include 6,840 RPG rockets and anti-tank missiles, 9,000 explosive devices, 2,250 unguided rockets, 2,700 assault rifles, and various other military equipment. The IDF's ground operations began in early October 2024, targeting Hezbollah's infrastructure, and have reportedly resulted in the deaths of approximately 3,800 Hezbollah operatives. The IDF has also established a display of the captured weapons at an army base in northern Israel, showcasing the extent of the confiscation efforts against Hezbollah's military capabilities.
