Russia has reportedly used the FAB-3000 aerial bomb with UMPK for the first time in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine. The bomb, weighing three tons with a 1.2-ton warhead, struck the Nova Poshta number 1 building in the frontline village of Lyptsi in the Kharkiv region.
