Putin: Ukraine Conflict Now Global After US, UK Missile Strikes
Nov 21, 2024, 05:30 PM
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the conflict in Ukraine has acquired elements of a 'global character' following Ukraine's use of US-made ATACMS and UK-made Storm Shadow long-range missiles to strike Russian territory. According to Putin, on November 19 and 21, Ukraine launched attacks using six of these missiles against Russian military facilities in the Bryansk and Kursk regions. He noted that despite these strikes, the enemy did not achieve its goals and that such actions will not influence the situation in Ukraine.
