Polish Soldier Dies After Stabbing by Migrant at Belarus-EU Border

A Polish soldier has died after being stabbed by a migrant while attempting to stop a group from crossing the border from Belarus into the European Union. The incident occurred last week on Thursday when the soldier was attacked with a makeshift bayonet. Following the attack, the soldier succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. In response to the incident, Poland has summoned the Belarusian envoy in Warsaw.
