Kursk Region Installs Concrete Shelters Amid Ukrainian Incursions
Aug 22, 2024, 07:19 AM
Authorities in Russia's western Kursk region have begun installing reinforced concrete shelters amid ongoing Ukrainian incursions. The acting Governor of the Kursk Region announced that the installation has started in Kursk, Kurchatov, and Zheleznogorsk. The plan includes equipping 60 main bus stops in the regional center with these shelters. The decision to install shelters comes as the region cancels SMS alerts about missile and drone dangers due to technical issues and the need to reduce panic.
