Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, has claimed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have established concentration camps in Kursk Oblast, a border region in Russia. According to Zakharova, Ukrainian troops are allegedly forcing local residents into these camps at gunpoint.
