Estonian Court Sentences Vyacheslav Morozov to Six Years for Espionage

On Tuesday, the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia, found Vyacheslav Morozov, a former professor at the University of Tartu, guilty of espionage activities against the Republic of Estonia. Morozov, a Russian citizen, was sentenced to six years and three months in prison for collecting information and sharing it with Russia’s intelligence services. Morozov had been working as a political science professor until his arrest in January. The court's decision was reported by the Estonian public broadcaster ERR.
