Russia Fires Over 1,000 Aerial Weapons on Ukraine in a Week, Zelenskyy Says

Russia has significantly escalated its aerial attacks on Ukraine over the past week. According to reports, more than 900 guided aerial bombs, approximately 400 Shahed kamikaze drones, and nearly 30 missiles of various types were fired at Ukraine. On September 20 alone, Russia dropped 108 guided bombs on Ukraine and another 25 on the Kursk region. The destruction caused by these attacks has been substantial, affecting a significant portion of Ukraine. President Zelenskyy stated that Russia has launched over 1,000 aerial weapons against Ukraine in a week.
