IDF Kills Hamas's Economy Minister Abed Al-Zeriei in Gaza Airstrike on Sunday

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it killed Abd al-Fattah al-Zari'i, also known as Abed Al-Zeriei, Hamas's Minister of Economy, in an airstrike in the Gaza Strip on Sunday. According to the IDF, al-Zari'i also served as an operative in Hamas's manufacturing division, which works to increase the group's weapons capabilities. The operation was directed by IDF intelligence and carried out by the Israeli Air Force (IAF).
