Three officers, identified as Sergeant Nigel Daggs, Officer Christian Beyer, and Officer Jacobie Jordan, discharged their weapons in response. The incident resulted in injuries to two officers, Joseph Rodrigue and Jacobie Jordan, who were both shot in the thigh.
