Conservative candidate Don Stewart has won the Toronto-St. Paul's byelection, a seat held by the Liberals since 1993. Stewart secured 42.1% of the votes, narrowly defeating Liberal candidate Leslie Church, who received 40.5%. The final results showed Stewart with 15,555 votes and Church with 14,965 votes, with all 192 polls reporting. The NDP's Amrit Parhar garnered 10.9% of the vote, while the Green Party's Cullis received 2.9%. The PPC candidate received 0.6%.
