The Pentagon has once again temporarily grounded its fleet of V-22 Osprey aircraft following a recent near-crash incident. The decision comes after an initial investigation revealed that weakened metals inside one of the aircraft broke apart in flight in November, causing an engine failure and a near-crash in New Mexico.
