Ukrainian Drones Strike Rosneft Oil Refinery and Military Air Base in Russia's Ryazan

Ukrainian forces have launched drone attacks on the Russian city of Ryazan, targeting both an oil refinery operated by Rosneft and the Dyagilevo military air base. The oil refinery was hit by at least 10 drones, resulting in at least 12 explosions and a visible fire. Reports indicate that Russian air defenses were activated in response to the drone activity.
