On the night of December 5-6, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted a significant naval operation in the Kerch Bay near Russian-occupied Crimea. Ukrainian 'Sea Baby' maritime drones, equipped with heavy machine guns featuring ballistic programs for automatic guidance and targeting, engaged Russian helicopters, aircraft, and Raptor patrol boats attempting to intercept them. The drones, representing an evolution in Ukraine's naval drone capabilities, inflicted casualties and damage on Russian forces; intercepted Russian radio communications indicated dead and wounded aboard the helicopters.
