44-Year-Old Taiwanese Special Forces Soldier Wu Zhong Killed in Ukraine

Taiwanese volunteer Wu Zhong, a 44-year-old former Army Special Forces soldier, has been killed in Ukraine. Wu Zhong, also known as Wu Chunt, is the second Taiwanese citizen to die in the conflict. Reports indicate that he was killed in battle against the Russian Army in the contested Luhansk region. Wu Zhong joined the International Legion of Ukraine in 2023 and was identified by a Ukrainian drone after his death.
