Trump attributes the country's current state to 'open borders' and 'weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership' under President Joe Biden. He specifically criticized the Department of Justice, FBI, and Democrat state and local prosecutors for failing to protect Americans from 'violent scum' and focusing instead on political attacks against him.
