YouTube has announced a series of new artificial intelligence (AI) tools aimed at enhancing the creative capabilities of its content creators. At the 'Made on YouTube' event, YouTube CEO Neal Mohan revealed that the platform will integrate Google's AI video model, Veo, into YouTube Shorts via Dream Screen. This integration, powered by Google DeepMind, will allow creators to generate high-quality backgrounds and six-second clips. Additionally, YouTube Studio will now feature an Inspiration tab, enabling creators to brainstorm video ideas, generate titles, and create thumbnails using AI. The new tools are designed to empower creators by enhancing their ability to produce engaging content and build sustainable businesses. Notably, 92% of creators are already using AI tools.
