Fergani Space, a subsidiary of Turkish defense company Baykar, successfully launched its first satellite, FGN-100-d1, into space using SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket as part of the Transporter-12 mission. The launch took place from Vandenberg Space Force Base in the United States, under the leadership of Selçuk Bayraktar, CEO of Baykar.
