Anjelina Nadai Lohalith, a refugee Olympian originally from South Sudan, has been suspended from participating in the upcoming Paris Olympics due to a positive doping test. Lohalith, who had previously competed in the 2016 and 2021 Olympics in the 1,500 meters event, tested positive for the banned substance Trimetazidine.
