Russian Sentenced to 40 Months for Selling Stolen Credentials Worth $1.2 Million

A 27-year-old Russian man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for selling stolen financial information on the dark web. He sold over 297,300 login credentials, which resulted in $1.2 million in fraudulent transactions. The individual was sentenced to 40 months in prison in the United States for his involvement in this cybercrime.
