Askania-Nova Reserve in Kherson Region Destroyed by Russian Forces

The Askania-Nova nature reserve in the Kherson region has been effectively destroyed by Russian forces, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. Prokudin reported that the reserve no longer exists and that Russian occupiers have been transporting animals from the reserve to Crimea and Russia. The reserve, which has been under occupation, has suffered extensive damage and looting on a massive scale.
