Ukraine Returns 12 Children from Temporarily Occupied Territories, EU Allocates €100 Million to Ukrenergo

Ukraine has successfully returned 12 children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions. According to testimonies, children whose parents refused to accept Russian passports were denied medical care. Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported the return of the children. Additionally, the European Union has allocated €100 million in grant funding to Ukrenergo for restoration and protection efforts. The grant agreement was signed in Kyiv by Ukrenergo's Chairman Volodymyr Kudrytsky and KfW Bank's Ukraine representative Lorenz Hessner.
