Meta has announced that it will allow third-party apps to place calls to WhatsApp and Messenger users. This change will enable users in Europe to connect with friends on third-party messaging apps, following recent regulatory changes. WhatsApp and Messenger users will have the option to choose which third-party apps they want to receive messages from and can view all their messages in combined or separate inboxes.
