U.S. Airstrikes Kill 37 Militants in Syria This Month, Including ISIS and al-Qaeda Leaders

The U.S. military has conducted two targeted airstrikes in Syria this month, resulting in the deaths of 37 militants affiliated with extremist groups, including the Islamic State (ISIS) and the al-Qaeda-linked group Hurras al-Din. According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the strikes targeted a radar site at Deir ez-Zor Airport and a training camp in central Syria. Among the deceased were multiple senior leaders of the terrorist organizations, including 28 IS operatives. The airstrikes were part of ongoing efforts by U.S. and coalition forces to combat terrorism in the region.
