This action follows concerns that X may be spreading disinformation, manipulating public debate in Europe, and potentially favoring far-right content. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz criticized Elon Musk's support for far-right movements across Europe, stating that such actions are "completely unacceptable" and "endanger democracy in Europe." X has been given until February 15 to comply with the EU's demands.
