Syrian Minister: Damascus Security Perimeter Unbreachable, No Armed Groups Present

Syrian Interior Minister Major General Mohammed al-Rahmun has announced the establishment of a stringent security perimeter around Damascus, asserting that it is impenetrable. This statement comes amidst ongoing efforts to secure the capital from potential threats. Al-Rahmun emphasized that no armed groups are present in the vicinity of Damascus, and security forces remain deployed at their posts. He also dismissed rumors, stating that all institutions are functioning normally. The Syrian Defense Minister has also pledged to restore security in areas previously controlled by terrorists.
