Nevada Supreme Court Rules 2-1 for NFL in Jon Gruden Arbitration Case
May 14, 2024, 06:58 PM
The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the NFL in the civil case brought by former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden. In a 2-1 majority decision, the court overturned the district court's ruling, sending the case back to arbitration within the NFL's system. Gruden had filed the lawsuit in 2021 after leaked emails led to his resignation. The case will now be remanded and decided behind closed doors.
