Nevada Supreme Court Rules 2-1 for NFL in Jon Gruden Arbitration Case on Tuesday

The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the NFL in the lawsuit filed by former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden. In a 2-1 decision by a three-judge panel on Tuesday, the court has overturned a previous district court ruling, mandating that Gruden's claims be resolved through the NFL's arbitration system rather than in court. Gruden had sued the NFL and its commissioner, Roger Goodell, in 2021 following his resignation after leaked emails surfaced. The case will now proceed to arbitration, where it will be decided behind closed doors.
