The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has taken disciplinary action following the tragic deaths of three IAS aspirants at a coaching centre in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi on July 29. The incident, which involved the flooding of a basement, led to the termination of Junior Engineer Vishnu Mittal and the suspension of Assistant Engineer Vishram Meena for killer negligence.
