Angelica Maria Francisco to Plead Guilty to Identity Theft and Voting in General Elections

Angelica Maria Francisco, a 42-year-old illegal immigrant, has reached a plea agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) admitting to stealing a U.S. citizen's identity. Francisco used the stolen identity to vote in multiple U.S. general elections and to obtain a passport. The DOJ has filed a nine-count information in U.S. District Court charging Francisco with these offenses. Francisco most recently resided in Russellville, Arkansas.
