Florida Police Rescue Woman from Attempted Rape by 27-Year-Old Asylum Seeker Luis Hernandez-Moncayo
Oct 28, 2024, 04:05 PM
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida has released body camera footage showing the rescue of a woman from an attempted rape by an illegal immigrant who had applied for asylum just a day before the incident. The suspect, 27-year-old Luis Hernandez-Moncayo, was arrested over the weekend for kidnapping and sexual assault. The woman, who bravely called 911 pretending to order a pizza, was saved by the police. Hernandez-Moncayo had been released into the interior by the Biden-Harris administration after claiming asylum.
