A drone attack from Iraq targeted the port of Eilat in southern Israel, resulting in injuries and damage. According to the IDF, three drones were launched, with one intercepted by an Israeli Navy Sa’ar 5-class corvette over the sea, one successfully hitting a facility in the port area, and the fate of the third drone remaining unknown. The Iran-backed Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attack, which lightly wounded two people, including one soldier, and caused significant damage to the port facilities.
