On July 31, Russia resumed its use of North Korean ballistic missiles against Ukraine, launching a KN-23 missile from Russian territory towards Bila Tserkva. The missile exploded mid-air over the Kyiv region, marking the first use of North Korean missiles in five months, according to Defense Express.
