An active-duty Army Special Forces soldier, Master Sgt. Matthew Alan Livelsberger, 37, died in a Tesla Cybertruck explosion outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas on New Year's Day. Livelsberger had been diagnosed with depression but was not deemed a risk by military behavioral health assessments.
