On Sept. 12, Russian forces shelled the village of Virolyubivka in Ukraine's Donetsk region, targeting vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The attack resulted in the deaths of three Ukrainian citizens, who were employees of the ICRC, and injured two others. The humanitarian aid truck they were in was destroyed.
