Qatar Announces Hamas to Release Arbel Yehud and Five Other Hostages Under New Agreement

Qatar's Foreign Ministry announced that an agreement has been reached in which Hamas will release Israeli hostages Arbel Yehud, Agam Berger, and possibly Keith Siegel before Friday. Additionally, Hamas will release three more hostages on Saturday in accordance with the agreement. In exchange, Israel will open the Netzarim highway and allow displaced Palestinians to return.
