Amazon has launched a major update to its Prime Video user interface globally, aiming to improve the user experience by making it easier to navigate and find content. The overhaul includes a new navigation bar, AI recommendations, and a dedicated tab for free content. The update promises to help users quickly identify what is included with their subscription and what costs extra. The new design is intended to reduce the time users spend scrolling and increase their viewing time. This is the biggest update to Prime Video's user experience in two years, addressing long-standing user frustrations. The improvements were previewed last month in Culver City.
