In the final week leading up to Election Day, nearly $1 billion was spent on political ads, according to data from AdImpact, with the presidential race alone accounting for $272 million. The ad spending breakdown for the week includes $267 million for down-ballot races, $227 million for Senate races, and $208 million for House races.
