NetEase Announces 'Destiny: Rising', New Free-to-Play Mobile RPG Shooter with Alpha Test

NetEase Games has announced 'Destiny: Rising', a new free-to-play mobile RPG shooter set in Bungie's Destiny universe. Licensed from Bungie, the game is set in an alternate timeline before the existence of Guardians, specifically in the post-Dark Age era. 'Destiny: Rising' will feature first and third-person perspectives, 6-player co-op strikes, PVE/PVP modes, and a campaign. A closed alpha test is scheduled to begin on November 1st. The game will be available on iOS and Android platforms. An announcement trailer has also been released.
