On Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthis in Yemen were successfully intercepted. The first missile triggered sirens across central Israel and Jerusalem, with the IDF intercepting it outside of Israeli airspace. The interception led to fears of falling debris, prompting the activation of alerts. The second missile was launched later in the day, targeting southern Israel, including the city of Eilat, and was also intercepted before entering Israeli territory.
