Ukrainian drones have struck residential high-rise buildings in Kazan, Russia, on December 21, 2024, causing fires and prompting evacuations. Two drones hit buildings, including the 21-story Manhattan residential complex, resulting in fires in the Sovietsky, Kirovsky, and Privolzhsky districts. The city's alert system was activated, and residents were asked to move to lower floors and basements.
