The probes come just days after Ford was fined up to $165 million for delays in addressing a previous recall. One investigation involves approximately 112,567 Ford SUVs with seat belt issues, where the seat belts reportedly tightened and remained locked. The NHTSA's Office of Defects Investigation announced both probes on Nov. 15.
