An armed 45-year-old man opened fire in a restaurant in Cetinje, Montenegro's historical capital, on Wednesday, killing at least ten people, including two children, according to local media reports citing police director Lazar Scepanovic and Interior Minister Danilo Saranovic. The shooting, which began after a brawl in the bar, claimed the lives of the restaurant owner and his children. The suspect, identified by his initials A.M., fled the scene and remains at large, prompting authorities to warn residents to stay indoors as police conduct a manhunt. At least four others were wounded in the attack.
