A 45-year-old man opened fire at a restaurant in Cetinje, Montenegro's historic capital in the south of the country, killing at least seven people, including two minors, following a brawl. The assailant reportedly continued shooting at another location before fleeing the scene and remains at large. Police have warned residents to stay indoors as the gunman is still armed.
