Jan 12, 2025, 03:03 AM
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will not attend the first formal hearing of his impeachment trial scheduled for January 14 at the Constitutional Court, citing concerns about his personal safety and possible incidents, according to his lawyer Yun Gap-geun. "There are concerns about security and the possibility of incidents," his lawyer said.
