Titans Clinch No. 1 Pick in 2025 NFL Draft After 3-14 Season; Browns to Pick Second
Jan 5, 2025, 09:01 PM
The Tennessee Titans have secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft following their 23-14 loss to the Houston Texans and the New England Patriots' 20-16 victory over the Buffalo Bills. Concluding a disappointing 3-14 season, the Titans' defeat, combined with the Patriots' win, moved Tennessee into the top spot in the draft order for the first time since 1978. The Cleveland Browns, who needed both the Patriots and Titans to win to obtain the No. 1 pick, will select second overall after locking up a top-three pick with their loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The Titans are now on the clock.
