Turkey Neutralizes 21 PKK/YPG Terrorists Planning Attacks in Syria and Iraq

Turkey's Ministry of National Defense announced that Turkish Armed Forces have neutralized 21 PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Syria and Iraq. On December 25, 2024, 20 terrorists who were planning attacks in the Euphrates Shield and Peace Spring regions in Syria were neutralized. An additional terrorist was neutralized in the Claw-Lock operation region in northern Iraq. These operations are part of ongoing efforts to secure Turkey's borders and combat terrorist threats.
