Authorities in New Orleans detonated at least four suspicious packages along Bourbon Street, according to local media reports. The contents of the packages remain unclear, and it is not yet confirmed whether they were viable improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Reports indicate that a suspect involved in the incident was wearing full body armor and had served in the U.S. military for a decade. Law enforcement sources suggest that there may be four to five other individuals connected to the attack. Additionally, there are reports of at least ten confirmed deaths and 35 injuries. A house used as a staging area was torched, and multiple pipe bombs were found inside. The suspect's car was also wired to explode.
