Swisscom has received all necessary regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of Vodafone Italia for €8 billion. The acquisition, which has been finalized earlier than expected, will result in the formation of a new entity called Fastweb + Vodafone. Following the completion of the acquisition, Swisscom has revised its earnings outlook downward. The company is still projecting stable revenue for 2025 despite the changes.
