Chinese Scientists Detect Plasma Bubbles Over Pyramids and Midway Islands Amid Solar Storm
Sep 9, 2024, 03:57 AM
Chinese scientists have used their LARID radar system to detect plasma bubbles over the Pyramids of Giza and the Midway Islands. These plasma bubbles, disturbances in the Earth's ionosphere, can disrupt satellite communications and GPS. The detection was made possible by radar systems with meters wide signals initially developed to detect stealth aircraft. The appearance of these plasma bubbles coincided with a solar storm.
